Pack Securely
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all gaskets, fittings, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned plumbing fixtures, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
